Konsole tabs: show hostname, not IP address!

I see that Konsole is supposed to show the hostname in the tabs when
configured with %h or %H. However, it is showing the IP address, not
the hostname:
[user at localhost ~]$ ssh root at 1.2.3.4
root at 1.2.3.4's password:
Last login: Tue Oct 12 07:13:42 2010 from x.x.x.x.net
[root at remotehost ~]#

However, although the tab shows "1.2.3.4 - 1.2.3.4" when it is set to
"%h - %H". So what do I put there for the tab to show "remotehost"?
