I have basically given up on this bug.  However, I note this message
when I build KDELibs:

WARNING: Installation prefix does not match PolicyKit install prefixes.
You probably will need to move files installed in
/opt/KDE-4.4/share/PolicyKit/policy/ and by
dbus_add_activation_system_service to the
/usr/KDE-4.4/share/PolicyKit/policy/ prefix

I first note the interesting fact that I do not have PolicyKit installed 
in: "/usr/KDE-4.4"; it is installed in: "/usr".  Something is broken here.

However, the major point is that this is not fixed by moving files.

Is it possible that the person that wrote this message doesn't 
understand the issue?

If you read my instructions:

http://techbase.kde.org/Getting_Started/Tutorials/D-Bus/Configuration

you will see that the proper method is not to install the files in the 
wrong place and then move them, but rather to set:

	DBUS_SERVICES_INSTALL_DIR
	DBUS_SYSTEM_SERVICES_INSTALL_DIR

to the locations corresponding to the install of PolicyKit.

Or, you can also install the files where you want and edit the 
configuration files as per the instructions.

There remains one issue which I have not solved.  There is a file:

	org.kde.kcontrol.kcmremotewidgets.policy

in:

	$CMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX/share/PolicyKit/policy/

which appears to have not been installed according to:

	KDE4_AUTH_POLICY_FILES_INSTALL_DIR

is this correct, or is it a bug?
