Well, I'm not Kevin, but...
Presumably you registered for this mailing list, are now getting its mail,
and now wish to unsubscribe. See the post footer as appended to every
post, as quoted above, and as, I expect, appended below, as well. The
account management page has a place to put in your email and get a
password reminder, etc, if you forgot the one you used, and with your
email address and that password, you can then unsubscribe from the list,
if desired. (Note that traditionally, unsubscribes require replying to a
verification mail as well, just as subscribes do, tho I'm not sure
unsubscribes with a pass word from the web interface will do so.)
