How to remove the tooltips?

Just got around to trying it.  That is not good when the thing is
vertical.  I would say that it is a bug.  It seems to be an often
repeated bug in Plasma that stuff doesn't check to see if it is vertical
or horizontal and change behavior accordingly.  Such code shouldn't be
rocket science.
