kde4 plasma silicon theme - panel transparency

i'm using kde4 plasma silicon theme with desktop effects enabled and
now panel is transparent but i can't find any way to disable
transparency on panel.
i've tried changing various settings for desktop effects but nothing changed.
any tips for my problem?
