Webcam functionality has been broken is Kopete pretty much since KDE 4 first 
arrived.  I'm keeping my fingers crossed for 4.4.  

Gyachi works flawlessly for Yahoo cam and AMSN is fine for MSN.

Yes Pidgin now offers video functionality but its brand new and as far as I 
know it only works with jabber.
