Well the problems that you mentioned seems to be gone now(they were there in
KDE 4.1). I've got a 250 GB hard drive with lots of documents and files. Strigi
seems to be consuming only 250 mb disk space. Also, i did not observe any CPU
hogging or disk usage while strigi was indexing the files.
