Note that what has changed is that MPlayerThumbs is now included in
KDE-4.3 as of May 5, 2009 revision 963747. So, you used to have to
install it separately, but you don't need to anymore. You still need
MPlayer though which seems like a poor choice since you probably already
have Xine and GStreamer installed.
