kde4 system settings

Hi,

on kde4 I maximized the system settings window.
now every time that I start it, it doesn't show the window decorations 
(and therefore the maximize restore buttons).
It also won't respect the taskbar, and will cover the whole screen 
behind it, making it "impossible" to directly press Apply or the other 
buttons.
Even the controls like "Alt+F7" (move window - compiz) do not work (just 
with this window)

Any ideas?
