[4.2.1] Konqueror doesn't animate animated GIFs

When viewing a page that displays animated GIF images, the animations stop.

In "Settings->Configure Konqueror->Web Browsing->Appearance->Animations" 
I have "Enabled".  But it always behaves like "Show Only Once".

Is this working for anyone?

I'm on KDE 4.2.1/Qt 4.5.0.  I had the same problem in KDE 4.2.0/Qt 4.4.2.
