Konqueror search field vanished with ugrade to KDE4

Hi all,

with my recent upgrade to kubuntu 9.04 which comes with KDE 4.2.2, the search 
field in konqueror located next to the address bar vanished. I checked all 
settings but was not able to get it back. Even going back to the default 
settings does not work. Do you have any suggestions how I can enable it again?
