That's the KDE version, not distro.  However, since I'm still on 4.1.4 with 
KMail 1.10.4 I don't know whether this is a general problem or a distro-
specific one.  As I said, if you tell us which distro, perhaps someone else 
could confirm whether they have the missing entries or not.
