Konqueror location re-writing

Here it embeds one of the image viewer components.
When clicked directly, i.e. in this mail, it opens in Kuickshow.
A /tmp URL like this indicates that whatever component handling image for you
is not considered to be capable of doing URLs itself, so KDE downloads it and
passes a local filename.
That could be a misconfiguration of the file type association.
