Why KDE4 is called KDE?

KDE4 is almost what KDE3 has been and in some (major) cases far beyond!
Do you remember the days of the change KDE2 <-> KDE3? It wasn't all "gold"
then either. Even between minor releases in KDE3 there were several issues. It
was a long way to KDE 3.5x, but it was/is a dead end. KDE3 is _dead_! Get
used to it, or change to what ever serves you the best. That's one of the best
things in FOSS, you'll always have the choice!
