KDE 4.3 menu suddenly has no programs in it

I have no idea, but the 4.3.0 ebuild in the kde-testing overlay is
slightly different than the one in portage. It appears to have some
slight changes to menu-related things. Probably rebuilding the portage
version would have fixed the problem just the same.
