Detailed howto for KDE4 desktop?

Where is there a howto that explains at least at a basic level how to use
the KDE4 desktop?

I am going quietly nuts trying to understand even basic things (which are
certainly not obvious to me) so I have to assume that there's some
documentation somewhere.
