Configuration questions for kde-4.0

I just loaded Fedora 9 and I seem to not know how to do a few things.

1. Hit the "K" -> Window Behavior -> Window Behavior -> Moving.
I have the box checked that says "Display Window Geometry when moving or 
resizing". It is checked but there is no display of the window geometry.

Am I doing something wrong?
