Question about 4.x features (or lack thereof)

One small comment: all the features you comment apply only to Plasma, not to 
KDE as a whole. Sure, Plasma is the flagship product of KDE 4, and since it 
implements the desktop in a desktop environment, is a very fundamental part, 
but still is not the whole KDE.
