No info when mouse over files/dir's with Konqueror on F9

Konqueror remains available.   As I understand it, konqueror and dolphin share 
a good deal of code, which may affect functionality to some degree.

http://userbase.kde.org/Dolphin has a lot of info about it, though it's not 
complete.  I can think of at least two features that haven't been added to 
that yet.  If you need some functionality you can't find, ask.  At least we'll 
be able to tell you how to get it, if it's already there, or to file a wish on 
bugs.kde.org.
