CPU / memory usage applet in kde4 Fedora 9

afaik, only ksysguard *app* (not applet or plasmoid) is available in
kde-4.0.

Applications->System->System Monitor

hrm, that has 
Name=System Monitor
instead of what I expected:
Name=ksysguard
GenericName=System Monitor
intentional? bug?
