sticky keys usage

Hello,

Where can I find any documentation on the use and configuration of
sticky keys in KDE?

I know System Settings has some settings under "accessability".

But I can't find anything in the docs about how to activate the keys,
or how to configure the key activation.

Can anyone shed me some light on how to use this system?
