No "move" cursor

In Firefox, I have set different cursor to indicate different link
types. It seems, however, that my KDE installation does not have
certain cursor types installed. Notably absent is the "move" cursor.
How is it to be installed? I'm using KDE 3.5.8 on Ubuntu 7.04. Thanks
