kleopatra request gpfconf >=2.0.10

I am trying to perform self tests of kleopatra and most of them are skipped 
saying that I need to install gpgconf 2.0.10 or higher, but gnupg does not 
have a 2.0.10 version yet! Is it a typo? Or it refers to use cvs version of 
gnupg??
