Where are File Associations kept?

In the past I've often changed things around.  I haven't done much of that 
lately, but just to satisfy you :-)  I added an entry, and sure enough it is 
added to systemsettingsrc.  Point proved, I think.  Those entries are the 
non-standard ones.
