Sending bluetooth message with kbluetooth

Can Kbluetooth send messages to bluetooth-enabled cellular phones? My
Dell Inspiron has a habit of waking up from RAM suspension in my bag,
so I'd like it so send a message via bluetooth to my phone when it
wakes. Thanks.
