KDE Menu Edit - launching kde aps with the location of a data file

Hi
I've tried to create a link to an html help file with Kmenu Edit hoping that 
is would launch konqueror and display the file but no luck.

How do I create a link such as this one that passes the address of the data to 
a kde program?
