running flash files

There seems to be some bug with Konqueror.  It doesn't play swf files at 
all here if they're not opened though http.  That is, the same swf file 
plays fine when opened from its website (like http://foo.com/bar.swf) 
but doesn't run when I download that swf and open it in Konqueror.

Firefox runs it correctly in either case.  3.5.10 under Linux here.
