Making the "Folder View" widget less ugly.

"Best" is what allows you to do your tasks fast and easy.  KDE 4 lacks 
many things right now to allow for that, so the comeback of the desktop 
folder in 4.2 is absolutely necessary until there are tools/methods that 
allow users to work as fast and easy as currently in KDE 3.
