KOrganizer's reminder behaves strangely

KOrganizer in Debian Sid is also buggy respect reminders. Some reminders 
aren't triggered at all. I haven't reported it because I couldn't find a 
pattern yet, but it's possible it's related to reminders 0 minutes before the 
start date.
