Konqueror config bug?

Even though I have the "Activate previous used tab when current tab is closed" 
option selected in Konqueror 4.1.3, closing a tab does behave like this.  I 
always get returned to the adjacent tab.  I have this on two machines ever 
since switching from 3.5.  Is this a known bug?  Has it been fixed in 4.2?
