Lost document (kde4) - any tmp?

Hi Anne, I do not know the answer but you should take a look inside 
$KDEHOME/tmp-{computer_name} and /tmp/kde-{user_name}

A developer would know better so you should ask on the devel list. 2 hours 
worth is a lot. Sorry to hear.
