Kmail. Filtering on inbox after bogofilter has run

Many thanks Scott. I've just unchecked that box in Bogofilters Ham, Spam, and 
Unsure filters, done a check mail and a mail has turned up in my Fedora 
mailbox, which is run after Bogofilter runs. So far so good.
