Finding the KDE menu editor

I'm using kubuntu 7.04 amd 64 KDE 3.5.6

The "route" to the Menu Editor is a bit non-obvious:

System Settings->Keyboard & Mouse->Command Shortcuts Tab

I'd like to add it to my menu, therefore I believe I need the name
of the executable.

On a related note, wouldn't it be great if all KDE applications had 
the name of the binary in the "About" window?
