Setting detailed list view in konqueror as global default

This is for the file dialog, as in "File->Open" or "File->Save As"

Try to change the global (installed) version of the filemanagement profile.

% kde-config --path data
will display the search list KDE uses for looking up KDE data, Konqueror 
profiles are in a subdirectory called konqueror/profiles
