Kmenuedithelp

Hello all, I'm pretty new to linux and Kde and I have a question about
editing my K menu. I've been using the Kmenuedit program to change
what goes where, but when i save and recheck the menu some of the
stuff i deleted will reappear, including whole submenus. Specifically
I am trying to arrange the administration menu, and have tried to
organise the entries in a way that is more intuitive for me. Is there
something I am missing, or perhaps nother file i must first? Any help
is greatly appreciated.
