MiniIcon defined in .desktop doesn't show

Hi All,

I have defined a .desktop files to launch my
application. It has a line

MiniIcon=/designer/pyimg/salesperson.xpm

but this one seems to be ignored. Am I using the wrong
syntax? Wrong icon format? Do I have to do some more
stuff?
