How to send KHotKeys actions to Kwin?

More precisely, I want to use a mouse gesture to minimize windows. If I want
to send minimize shortcut as keyboard input, it asks for a particular
window. Or is there perhaps a DCOP call to KWin that would minimize the
window under pointer?
