Multiseat configuration

Hi all,

I'm trying to build a multiseat configuration on Gentoo Linux and kde/kdm.

I can launch X on either seat separately.  (still having keyboard/mouse 
problems, but they are minor)

However, each time I run kdm, it consumes another vt and launches on my 
primary monitor.

How do I tell kdm which Xorg layout to use?
