Outlook to csv to Kontact

I am taking contact data out of a CRM (Amicus Attorney) to export to outlook 
so I can import to Kontact via csv.

When I edit the outlook format csv fields into kontact, outlook  has multiple 
addresses and phone numbers 
eg Business Street 1 Business Street 2 up to 3
Home Phone 1 up to 3
etc but kontact fields have only one Home and one Business. 

If I add Business 2 to Business I get garbled addresses with too may streets.

Is there a way around this? Is it possible to generate a new field for Kontact 
for these multiple Business addresses. I have had no luck experimenting or 
researching.

Should I refer this to the kde-pim list? Thought I would try here first as it 
seems active and very helpful.
