Disable Trash completely

which means I would still need to right click on a file and then click to
delete it. Which is even worse than SHIFT+DELETE.

I only need that when I press the DELETE key in KONQUEROR, the file would be
permanetely deleted instead of moved to TRASH. How do I do that?
