Control Center and InfoCenter are empty :-O

I have just upgraded from KDE 3.5.5 to KDE 3.5.7. KDE was built on home, 
packaged and transferred to work, installed here. After installation I have 
noticed, that Control Center are empty and all their modules are in "Lost and 
Found" menu folder! 

I think, I have missed some index file, but which?

FreeBSD 6.2.
