Hello,

Go to Control Panel > Sound & Multimedia > System Notifications.
Select event source in the combobox. You probably want to take a look at "The 
KDE Window Manager" sound settings.

You can then control ALL notifications that the window manager can give. The 
six first columns work like checkboxes, but with icons. So the fifth column 
with the audio icon designates that an event is associated with a sound. 
Uncheck those that you don't want.
