Setting specific window behavior

Hello,
I try to set a specific size for the new email window in KMail. It works fine 
when the window was not maximized when I showed for the last time, but does 
not work when I have closed it maximized. My rule look like that:

title=Nachrichten erstellen - KMail

So what's wrong?
