Two problems, are they known/in bugzilla? 1. Move Message popup, 2. Filters after 50 or so don't work

I'm being lazy this morning, sorry!
I have two problems with kmail that I'm living with, but I'd like to make sure
they are in bugzilla so they can, hopefully, be addressed for kde 4.
I'm using kmail 1.8.2 under kde 3.4.2 which came with the Mandriva2006 I have
installed.
Problem 1: Move Message popup--(shortcut) letters after m don't select file
folder
On versions of kmail before this one (like Mandrake 10.1 iirc), I could press
m and then the first few letters of the name of a file folder to direct an
email to that folder. (First few letters=> i.e., until a folder was uniquely
identified.) (And, like below, when I press m I got the "Move Message"
dialog, and pressing additional letters narrowed down the selection until the
folder I desired was selected.)
In this version of kmail, when I press m I get the "Move Messa(ge)" popup, but
pressing additional letters doesn't help select a folder, I have to use the
mouse to scroll and click on a folder.
(BTW, I feel a little confused this morning--I thought that I was able to
press one letter after the m and get to all the file folders that started
with that letter--that doesn't seem to be working this morning.)
Does anyone know if this problem is reported in bugzilla?
Problem 2: Filtering doesn't work after 50 or so rules are in effect
The workaround I attempted for the previous problem was to set up filtering.
It worked partially, but it seems that after I have a lot of filters,
additional filters don't work.
The only guess I have at this is that it's almost a numerical limit of some
sort. I'll count how many filters (rules) I currently have "installed"--ok,
it seems to be 54 (3x18).
I'm aware that setting up filters can be a little tricky as far as getting the
right criteria, and (iirc) the first valid filter handling the message, but:
* I've tried more than once, with different criteria, for different folders
* I'm filtering on incoming messages, and the rules that don't work leave
the message in the inbox (they are not going to the wrong folder)
* I feel fairly (not super) experienced with setting up things like this,
so I don't think I've made any obvious mistakes
* the filters are not complicated, they are generally only on one
"criteria" (i.e., Subject, From, To, or list-id)
Does anyone know if this problem is reported in bugzilla?
