Win key not working

On a couple of PC's i have had to add that line to xorg.conf. On most others 
i have not needed to. It just worked. Not the same with my own PC. If i can 
trust my memory, it did work for me the first time i added that line. On 
subsequent boots, its stopped working and i have not been able to get that 
working again.

Still now luck! :-(. No events seen with `xev`.
I guess this isn't really a KDE thing so if i should be lookin elsewhere, 
pointers would be helpful.
