kscd is generating a CDDB disc id and queries a remote cddb-server
with that id.
If you're generation a audio-cd which matches a cddb discid the
infos are downloaded.
If you mix your own compilations, the disc id is new and you'd
have to enter the track informations into kscd.
If you'd burn CD-Text on the audio-cd something else may happen. I
don't know if CD-Text informations are available to kscd.
(If you burn audio tracks from an album without gaps as a audio-cd
with gaps you'd change the disc id)
