Why cannot execute shell script which its path is started with "system:/" in konqueror ?

Of course, I know "system:/" is not a real path and can use it on only KDE.

But I think that the behaviors should be same in konqueror, when
using a path started with "system:/" and when using a 'real' path
matched.
So if user can run shell script on real path, he should be able to run
the script using "system:/" started path.

This problem occurs on other executable files, not only for shell scripts.
