kde doesn't start :(

hello people and nice to meet you.i have asked for
help in irc but no luck.suddenly i tried to start kde
as a normal user but it didn't.i created a new user
and kde started.it also starts as root.
i have no EE in my log file.i tried to copy .kde from
another simple user and nothing happened.
what can i do please?i need my desktop.btw by mistake
i deleted my .kde in the process of making it work but
it doesn't bother me.
please help me.thx!
