What is the Kmenu executable called?

The K-Menu is part of the kicker executable (the panel)

The files on KDE 3.4 follow the freedesktop.org menu specification
$ kde-config --path xdgdata-apps

legacy applications and older KDE versions use this paths
$ kde-config --path apps
