kde settings

Greetings,

If I wanted to configure a KDE desktop on one machine and then apply those 
settings across a number of (identical) machines, which files would I need to 
copy across?
In particular, I'm referring to colour scheme, icon theme, wallpaper, panel 
settings and menu structure.
